Pictures (weird pictures)

If I and a bunch of people sat down in the middle of a street that wasn't too busy, and just started drawing weird things on the sidewalk with lots of chalk, would anyone not in a position of power or authority try to stop us? Keep in mind, these images we would draw would be really weird and might disturb people. Would people just assume that we know what we're doing, and they should just walk past it? Also, I'm really tired today, I keep procrastinating and not doing my work.
